Now, the complaint was trying to pass in a no-passing zone on Highway T-12, trying to pass six cars in a no-passing zone, almost hit another car head-on, and then while on Highway 14 it did successfully pass in a no-passing zone while almost hitting two cars. Again, it's northbound Highway 14, probably coming into Laurel. Do you have a vehicle description? Did it?
