Officer to contact owner of dog hit by car

H4 is requesting patrol to make contact with the owner of the dog that was hit by a car last night in room (number withheld).

She's contacted me.

She'd like us to confirm the location of the dog, which is on the card, and ask her if she could please contact H4 to make arrangements to.

Either

go pick up the dog or surrender the dog.
