(number withheld) male who was waiting outside of an appointment for his friend when he ran out of oxygen in his O two tank.

He is normally on two to three liters for COPD.

Got super short of breath with 60 % on arrival.

Only got about to about 80 % on about four liters.

So fire gave him a two and a half.

Got him back up to where he's supposed to be.

He's currently sitting at 94 % on four liters right now.

He didn't have anyone to bring him up oxygen.

He wasn't going to be able to.

Drive home, so he's coming up to the hospital.
