We're coming to you with a thirty-seven-year-old male.

Chief complaint today is going to be wife found him unresponsive.

Upon our arrival, he was unresponsive with snoring respirations.

Right before we were going to administer Narcan, he started waking up, becoming responsive to us.

We were not able to give him Narcan at that time.

His vitals are as follows: heart rate is ninety-six, SpO two is ninety-eight on room air.

Pressure is 100 and twenty-one over fifty-eight.

We did a total lead.

It showed sinus tach, monitor, and his sugar is thirty-one.

Right now he is A and O times two, but he is GCS 15 .
