Fishing boat passengers helped off water

I'm at the Kaweah Recreation Area and talked to some older gentlemen in a fishing boat that we're stuck on the water and someone stopped to help and called it in.

I believe we had a bit of a language barrier, but I believe this was the party and they are off the water.
