Riders reported drinking while driving off-road vehicle

Complainant advises a white male with gray hair and a ponytail, last seen wearing a checkered shirt and a red Polaris SxS, and a white female with gray hair and blue fingernails drinking while operating SxS and refusing to leave.

Complainant advised subjects left towards Route 16 South after she called.

The female subject was cursing and making rude gestures.
