A medical unit is responding to a female patient at a location near Central Ave, Lexington, NC who has altered mental status. The patient has not urinated since yesterday and reports lower back pain. She recently started a new medication and is suspected to be having a medication reaction. Her blood pressure is high at 180 over 88, heart rate is elevated at 108 beats per minute, and body temperature is slightly elevated at 100.5 degrees. She is receiving oxygen at four liters per minute and intravenous normal saline. The patient is being transported to Lexington Medical Center.
