Person reported outside home on North Main Street

(number withheld) North Main, (number withheld) North Main Street.

CP advised that he's at work, but his wife (name withheld) called him, stated that she is inside the residence but hears somebody whistling and walking around outside the residence.

She stated that she heard in the backyard and also possibly through the barn.

She stated that there was a yellow house behind the CP's house where the subject was.

They thought it was.

Was a guy that we dealt with before, but didn't have his name.
