Police are dispatched to Fenimore Drive and General Washington Drive for a report of a woman screaming in the middle of the street. The caller says she may be talking about someone running. Officers are told the woman is wearing a black sweater and black pants, with no shoes, and walking toward General Washington Drive. The caller later reports that the woman is walking on General Washington Drive but then loses sight of her. Officers coordinate on the radio and confirm the scene is safe for the fire department to enter. They also run a check on a driver license that comes back clear for the named person.
