Child accidental emergency call, no help needed

I could hear a child, sounded like they were crying.

Then an older teenager got on the line and said that his little sister called and she was crying because she thought that she was in trouble for dialing.

He confirmed the address of (number withheld) East Madison Street.

There's no emergency.
