Extremely heavy rain reported along Chandler Road

I just drove from Round Rock to Taylor via University Drive and then Chandler Road, and the entire length of that is extremely heavy rain all the way along.

Starting from where to where on Chandler Road.

Started at Interstate 35, basically in Round Rock, and then down University, which turns into Chandler all the way to Highway 95.
