Calling party states that around 3:45 this afternoon she noticed that there was a male subject wearing a gray hoodie on a porch, appeared to be taking pictures.

She assumed it was an Amazon delivery, went outside just recently to look for the package, no package.

Now is reporting that her neighbor.

There were two subjects outside the home that were driving a white van.
