Caller reports phone harassment and threats to come to the home

Caller is just looking for a 21 from you.

He moved at (number withheld) Strickland Ferry Road, but state says (name withheld) is harassing him and his daughter on the phone, threatening to come to his house, saying things that he's in the jail and he's afraid to go back.

Caller said he's locked in, but he was with some kind of app to make the numbers.
