Caller reports concern a daughter may harm herself at home

Open line of a suspected disturbance.

Could hear a male yelling in the background.

A few minutes later, received a 3rd party call from the location

(number withheld) State Route 34, Lockwood, reporting a male subject flagged the caller down and stated his daughter at his residence is not right in the head, stating he is afraid she's going to hurt herself.

The male does confirm there are weapons in the residence, but the female has not threatened to use them.
