Abandoned sedan crashed into roadside culvert

In 216, have a signal 81 abandoned at (number withheld) Southeast 616th Drive.

It's a blue sedan that has gone off the roadway and hit the culvert.

RP that called it in believes the driver may have taken off, but lights are still on in the vehicle.
