Complaint about trucks creating road hazard

It's occurring near San McDonald Park, (number withheld) Pescadero Creek Road.

How about RP that wants a phone call? They're agitated about a couple trucks full of dirt turned onto the roadway without traffic control.

He says what they're doing is illegal and adamant about a phone call.
