A man was reported intoxicated and acting erratically near Livingston Drive. He was described as a white male around 40 years old, wearing a tan jacket and black pants, rolling on grass and yelling. The caller requested a welfare check. Later, the man was seen walking near a playground alleyway. Additional reports involved a male suspect accused of hitting a child, described as wearing no shirt and blue jeans, smelling of alcohol. The suspect was uncooperative during police contact. Fire department was staged for potential assistance.
