Adult with disabilities reported missing from bus stop

Police respond to a report of a missing adult with developmental and mental health disabilities who cannot care for himself. He was dropped off at a bus stop near Indiana Ave in Long Beach around 8:00 a.m., is known to run away often, and was last seen in the afternoon at Long Beach City College. He was wearing prescription glasses, a black baseball cap, a dark jacket, light blue jeans, and white Adidas shoes, and was believed to be using a bus pass, possibly on bus number 93. His phone appears to be turned off.
