Burglary suspect seen ransacking open garage

Police are sent to a reported burglary at a garage off the alley near Quincy Avenue. A caller watching security cameras reports a man going in and out of an open garage for about 45 minutes and rummaging through it. The man first arrives wearing a red jacket and pants and later changes into a gray jacket and tan pants. No weapon is seen. The caller does not recognize him as a neighbor and later reports that he is walking south down the alley toward the beach.
