Tenant reported for earlier fight with property manager

I don’t have any knowledge of this incident in particular but, I just moved from there because there seems to be quite a few people living there that are not mentally stable. And, there is just an all around bad vibe in that place. The owners who don’t live local do not care about their rv park or the people in it. True slum lords! I’m not speaking of the manager I mean the owner. So glad to be out of there!
