I just got an anonymous call advising there is a white van, unknown plate, coming out of the colony going towards Pizza Factory.

There are two individuals in the van.

Continuing, one of the individuals in the van was leaving out of the van saying, "I'm going to prison.

Someone is about to die." RP believes that the individual does have a 10-32.
