Police check on youths jumping from lake dock

The calling party reporting there are three adolescent boys, possibly around the age of (number withheld) or (number withheld), riding their bikes and jumping off of the fishing dock into the water.

They are horsing around, throwing each other's bikes into the water.

Caller was concerned it was unsafe, wanted someone to.
