Woman screaming and asking for ride near Fisher Hill

10-21.

This is 10-21. RP is advising that he had left the area of (number withheld) Fisher Hill Road and on his way down that road, he advised that there is a woman that's out there screaming and asking for rides to Glenwood.

RP is advising she's wearing t-shirt, jeans, no jacket.

RP did make brief contact with her to ask if she was okay and all she said was "ride, ride Glenwood." She advised, or he advised, she's walking north.
