Person found in black Hyundai in parking garage

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were called to the Wood Street parking garage near Purdue University after reports of a possible suicide involving a person found in a vehicle. A black Hyundai with an Illinois license plate was located on the top floor, where both the person's mother and girlfriend were present. Fire and medical teams were briefly dispatched to the scene.
