Man reports assault by intoxicated housemate

States a female that is living with him is drunk and disorderly and smacked the phone out of his hand along with smacked him.

States he wants her out of the house tonight.

I did advise if she's a resident of the house for longer than 30 days, she would have to be evicted, but it sounds like she did assault him.
