Juveniles doing burnouts in church parking lot

Can you respond to (number withheld) North Riviera Road to meet with my caller, (name withheld)? She advised about 5 min ago there was some juveniles in the parking lot of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and they were doing burnouts and being belligerent.
