This is Mission, go ahead.

Hey, Mission, I'm en route to your facility with a 42-year-old male who lifted a heavy desk about 4 p.m.

00:14

And since then he's had shooting back pain on his lower back.

00:17

No LOC, no shortness of breath.

00:21

Pulse of 84, respirations 12, initial BP 146 over 52, sat at 99.

00:28

At 800 and thirty-eight, I gave him 5 mg of Versed up the nose with some relief.

00:35

Initial pain was eight out of ten.

00:40

Thank you.
