Man reportedly ingests large amount of medication

Chapel Bluff again, (number withheld) Chapel Bluff Road for a possible overdose.

A female subject called the Lake Regional Medical Center stating that a (name withheld) just took 20 diazepam and is trying to take any medication in the residence he can get a hold of, including his girlfriend's medication.

The female calling him was (name withheld).

They did not copy down a number for her.
