Welfare check for teen after kayak incident

Caller reporting a teenager knocked on his front door, said he flipped his kayak and was going to walk home.

Believes he's going to be walking northbound on Spur Road.

Described as a white male, late teens, wearing shorts and a Portsmouth soccer shirt.
