Juveniles vandalizing property and harassing residents

Caller states there were three juveniles started out on a vacant property a couple houses away, messing with an empty house.

Started walking north towards Lake Road, had a spray paint can, were spray painting the road, harassing people sitting outside.

Two females, one male.
