Slow trailer reported on Highway 9 near Manly

Advised a couple miles east outside of Manly on Highway 9 going eastbound of a pickup, possibly a dually or a half-ton pickup, pulling a trailer or oversized load, driving about 25 to 30 mile an hour in a 60 mile an hour zone.

Probably without any lights.
