911 call from child crying; report of possible family violence later disputed

Very difficult to understand at 1st , and then it sounded like they said his dad is hitting his sister.

Then I'll call back.

We spoke with the mom.

Said that her (number withheld)-year-old son made a mistake by calling and that he's just upset about being disciplined for his behavior in school.

Do you want me to send or just close this out?
