Suspicious vehicles with flashlights reported

Officers received a report of a white sport utility vehicle and a dark pickup truck parked in a neighborhood, with people walking around outside using flashlights. The caller considered the vehicles and activity suspicious. The white vehicle and then the truck were later reported leaving the area, heading southbound and possibly westbound on a nearby boulevard.
