A neighbor reports suspicious activity at a home near Alpha Street Northwest. The man who lives there is said to be in jail, and no one else is supposed to live in the house. The neighbor saw the front door standing open, footprints leading up to the house, and lights turning on and off inside. Dispatch confirms from call history that the male resident is currently in the county jail and that a woman previously associated with the address appears to no longer live there. Officers contact the woman by phone and she says she is on her way. Police also discuss checking a vehicle believed to contain cigarettes that may have been stolen from a gas station, but an officer states they will only look inside from outside the vehicle.
