A woman called emergency services from a home near Chester Highway and reported that her sister had hit her several times in the face. The caller was crying and then disconnected the call. Dispatch later spoke again with a woman on the line, who said the dispute was between sisters. There were no weapons involved, and the sister accused of hitting her had been drinking. Officers were sent to the scene, and the caller planned to wait outside for them.
