Report of neglected farm animals and dead horse

(number withheld) Field School Road in McKenzie.

Caller says that the people here at this address aren't taking care of their farm animals and they're not feeding them.

They said they have a dead horse in the field that is starting to smell.

They just want someone to go out there and make contact with them.
