Suspicious vehicle parked by mailboxes on Bonnie

A4, 1000 block of Bonnie Drive, tan colored four door SUV, possibly sedan, parked by the mailboxes, occupied by one male subject.

RPC has been there for the last several hours, just acting suspicious.
