Pickup with loud speakers disturbing neighborhood

(name withheld) called and said well before that he had called and said that there was a white Chevy pickup truck with very loud speakers and they do this every day and they drive around.

At times multiple people call, complaining about them shaking their windows and such because the speakers are so loud.
