Man reported hitting himself and unresponsive in welfare check

We believe it's possibly number (number withheld), but I'll double check back because the RP didn't know.

It's going to be on a son that lives alone.

He told the mom that he was hitting himself this morning, upset over multiple issues, and now he's not responding to her calls or texts.
