We have a 75-year-old female patient coming in with a chief complaint of a fall.

Fall happened within the last 20 minutes.

Well, it was she was slipping out of her chair.

There is no threat to a standing height ahead.

Any standing, I had trauma.

Patient is currently AOS and four GCS of 15 .

I have a set of vitals of 100 on the pulse,

Blood pressure 100 % on SPO two.
