She was in her vehicle, she pulled over.

Chief complaint is going to be palpitations.

She is a runner.

She had gone for a run and came back to her car.

And she noticed that her heart rate was not going down.

She waited for about 15 min or longer, and her heart rate was just not improving.

This is very unusual for her.

Maybe she was having a little bit of chest tightness at the time.

So she called 911 .

When we got there, her heart rate was in the 100 and 120 s.

Twelve lead was unremarkable other than sinus tach.

Currently, we have been reassuring her, and she seems a little.

Heart rate has come down to the 80s, sinus rhythm, 84 right now.
