Chief complaint today is going to be a ground level mechanical fall that happened around 06:30 a.m.

Sounds like patient fell, did not lose consciousness, is not on any blood thinners, did not hit her head, just a mechanical fall due to dizziness,

which she was discharged from the hospital.

Hospital yesterday because of a whole bunch of heart problems.

When she fell today, she did looks like she does have a deformity to the left elbow, which she has been having some pain for ever since.

Right now it's seven out of ten pain.

We did just give her 50 mg of fentanyl about 5 min ago.

Has bruising to the outer layer, and it does have some deformity.
