Complaint about left-turn signal causing congestion

Have a traffic complaint that was submitted over to Highway.

Complainant stated the left turn light at the intersection heading towards Merrimack turns green even when there's no cars in the turning lane, creating a delay and congestion.

For drivers headed the opposite direction, if you can just check it out and let us know, we can let Division Five know if necessary.
