If you could call (name withheld) at (number withheld), (number withheld) in the area of Hawthorne Road and Meadowlark Lane, a large white and brown pit bull mix came off the neighbor's leash and entered his yard, jumping up on him.

The dog was bloody.

RP said he was fighting with other dogs in the neighborhood.
