Verbal argument reported at Beverly Park ramada

A caller at Beverly Park reports hearing four to five men arguing under a park ramada. Police and an overhead unit observe two people near the playground and a family playing soccer on the field. One man moves away from the ramada, appears to separate from the family, and is seen walking with a backpack while talking on his phone. Later in the audio, officers are also dispatched to an apartment complex on West 13th Place, where a caller says a family member’s former partner is outside, knocking on the door and repeatedly going between a window and the front door, refusing to leave and possibly trying to get inside.
