Dog bite and aggressive dogs reported at city park

Quail Run Park, 3417 N Norwalk, Mesa, AZ 85215

At Quail Run Park on North Norwalk in Mesa, a caller reported that another person’s dog had bitten the caller and previously bitten the caller’s dog and hand on an earlier day. The caller and the other person were arguing. The other person was described as being middle‑aged and wearing a green puffy jacket, and had four to five large dogs that were off leash and acting aggressively. A blue Nissan Sentra was possibly involved. The caller declined medical help and said parks staff had told him to call emergency services if he saw the person again, possibly with a gun.
