Woman yelling at traffic and stepping into roadway

The caller advised there is a female out by Thrive stepping in the road, yelling profanities at cars, stepping in front of the cars, and possibly a 10-56.

Twelve, are you in the Thrive parking lot or on 45? Like the corner of Drive and Lynwood, right there.

Well, I'll be out with that subject.
