Officers check on child locked out of home

Four thousand and ninety-nine East Liberty received a 911 call from a (number withheld) male who advised that he's locked out of his house, stated his dad's at work, then said he would figure it out himself and disconnected.

Unable to call it back, he called from a disconnected cell.

Again, the address is (number withheld) East Liberty.
