A caller reported a suspicious man sitting in a black sport utility vehicle with dark tinted windows near Northwest 43rd Street in Miami. The man had parked in front of the caller’s location, was asked to move, drove down the street, and then returned. The vehicle was described as a black sport utility vehicle with tinted windows and an unknown license tag, now backed into a nearby property. The man was described as wearing glasses. Officers were dispatched to check on the situation and contact the caller at the address.
