Resident reports strange fumes and voices outside home

Caller advised there is a fume-like smell coming from her house and outside.

She stated when she went outside, she heard some boys say, "There she is, she's coming." She never saw them, only heard them.

She describes the fume as a product-like hair spray or maybe a perfume.

Did not want any medical attention or the fire department, but wanted to speak to a police officer.
